Our Presence on Our Web Sites

Mars-Hill.org is an educational site where we provide access to media we have produced in a variety of formats and options. Our primary media tool is The HOPE and it is available for purchase through our online store as well as options that are free of charge. We ask for limited contact information on free downloads for the following reasons:

•     - We would like the ability to communicate with you occasionally to get your feedback on the helpfulness of our product.
•     - We use the information we collect to gain more understanding of how The HOPE is being used and how we might improve our services.

Mars Hill Productions, Inc. is the 501(c)3 non-profit ministry that created The HOPE. Both the mars-hill.org site and thehopeproject.com site are administered by Mars Hill Productions. All monetary transactions of Donations and Purchases are initiated on the mars-hill.org site and processed through secured encrypted third-party sites.

Personal information, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, or credit card information may be required on the mars-hill.org site in order to process your donations, your purchase orders, or your download requests.

We do keep your order history and contact information on file so that we might communicate with you regarding your transactions, in order to better serve you. Mars Hill also provides you with the option to opt-in to our email list to receive updates on our ministry and the release of new product. Email updates may be sent out on average 4-6 times a year. We use both an internal email service and MailChimp. There are simple instructions at the bottom of every mass email on how to unsubscribe or update your information.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

Our Presence on Social Media Platforms

Our film, The HOPE is represented in various ways and in various languages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. These platforms are used to raise public awareness of the existence of this film as a resource for education and information on Christianity and the Bible. We do not collect specific personal data on anyone from these platforms unless willingly submitted by the individual themselves. We do respond and communicate with people who specifically reach out to us first with comments or questions. It is never our intention to coerce, demand, threaten or pressure anyone into changing their religion. Our sole purpose is to present to the best of our ability what the Holy Bible teaches.
